Metergoline is an antagonist at 5-HT1, 5-HT2, and SR-7 (5-HT7) serotonin receptors; also SR-1D (5-HT1D) ligand. Metergoline shows moderate affinity for 5-HT6 and high affinity for 5-HT7.
